Help

Perform triage, while considering both physical and psychosocial elements.

Quickly assess incoming patients and prioritize patient care based on need, available staffing, and patient acuity.

Teach, onboard, and mentor professional and paraprofessional nursing staff, assisting with complex nursing and diagnostic procedures.

Identify and recommend strategies to improve nursing unit organization, functions.

Conduct and participate in the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of facility, departmental, or unit-based programs.
