Investment Banking TMT Analyst 3 M&A

Our client an elite investment banking boutique is a leading firm with expertise in mergers & acquisitions strategic advisory restructuring liability management capital markets and growth capital. Since its founding in June 2015 our client has advised on over $850 billion in transactions across various industries. With offices in New York Los Angeles San Francisco and Stamford this elite boutique investment bank has established a strong presence in key financial centers.
- Support execution of complex media M&A transactions from origination through close
- Manage deal workflow including financial modeling due diligence and transaction documentation
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
- Prepare marketing materials management presentations and Board-level presentations
- Coordinate with legal accounting and other transaction advisors
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on media
- Experience supporting 2 closed technology M&A transactions
- Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling valuation and deal structuring
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
