What You'll Do As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll help customers navigate the service process while building long-term relationships based on trust. Responsibilities include: Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns Scheduling service appointments Communicating repair recommendations clearly and honestly Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process Working closely with technicians and the parts department Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Building long-term customer relationships that earn repeat business Who We’re Looking For You don't have to come from a dealership.
