Registered Nurse PACU

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Provides safe and efficient patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), ensuring smooth recovery from anesthesia and surgery. Collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality post-operative nursing services. Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patient vital signs and recovery status continuously. Administer medications and interventions as prescribed to support patient recovery. Maintain documentation of patient progress and clinical interventions. Respond promptly to patient needs and notify physicians of any complications. Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient transfer and discharge. Participate in on-call rotations, including primary and backup calls including weekends. Qualifications: Valid RN license in good standing. Proven experience in acute care, preferably in a surgical or PACU setting. Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
