Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances and goals.

  • Delivering evidence-based therapy services, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy for individuals, families, and groups.

  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, including regular case meetings and collaborative treatment planning.

  • Providing crisis intervention services, helping clients navigate acute distress through effective support strategies and immediate action.

  • Participating in community outreach initiatives, conducting educational workshops, and presenting on mental health topics to enhance community understanding and accessibility to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • A demonstrated ability to work proficiently with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with a focus on community mental health services. Experience in crisis intervention and group therapy settings will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
