Position Overview We are hiring a Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist who desires to practice in a way that is authentically aligned with Catholic teaching and thoughtfully integrates faith into clinical care. This position is intentionally designed to begin with part-time clinical hours, allowing clinicians to develop a sustainable caseload and gradually grow toward full-time work if desired. Clinicians may choose to remain part-time or expand their schedule as client referrals increase. Availability for high-priority time slots: early mornings, evenings, weekends Training or experience in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, ACT, trauma-informed care, or other specialized modalities Experience or interest in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, scrupulosity, trauma, maternal mental health, or related concerns Strong interest in developing a clinical niche/specialty Why Join Us?
