Site Compliance Specialist - Affordable Housing (LIHTC)
Monroe Group Ltd.
Monroe Group is seeking a Site Compliance Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role in Birmingham, AL. You will work with our compliance and property management teams to ensure adherence to Federal, State, and County regulations across properties. Responsibilities include lease packet preparation, rent calculations, file maintenance, reporting, and preparing for LIHTC, MOR, and EIV reviews, while performing other duties as assigned.
