Job Title: FSUS Building Grounds Assistant (Full-time, OPS) (Multiple Vacancies) Location: Tallahassee, FL Regular/Temporary: Temporary Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 61965 Department: Florida State University Schools Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, administrative areas, restrooms, and grounds as assigned. Responsible for securing all doors, gates, and compounds when completing the service of buildings and areas throughout the FSUS campus. This includes the unlocking and locking of doors, the unlocking and locking of gates, and the turning on and off of lights, televisions, and other electrical equipment as directed. Cleaning of interior and exterior walls, doors, and windows may also be required. Stripping and waxing of floors throughout campus. Salary: $15 per hour. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency Valid Florida or Georgia driver's license obtained prior to hire.
