Activity Aide
The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a qualified Activity Aide to join their ever-growing team.
Job Description:
Facilitate group activities
Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance
Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities
Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or GED
Creativity
Experience with Alzheimers/Dementia and special needs is a plus.
Ability to self motivate
Flexible with schedule, occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.
Proficent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary Range:
Based on Experience
