In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand our products, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.**Responsibilities*** Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through email.* Become an expert on our products and services to confidently educate customers.* Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs.* Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.* Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.* Stay current on new products, promotions, and company policies.* Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.**Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent.* 2+ years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or product support experience preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.* Comfortable learning and explaining technical or specialty products.* Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.* Experience with CRM software is a plus.* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.* Positive attitude and professional appearance.**Preferred Skills*** Ability to build rapport with customers.* Strong attention to detail.* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* Team player with a customer-first mindset.* Sales experience is a plus but not required.**Benefits*** Salary plus commission* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off* Paid training and ongoing professional development* Employee discounts* Opportunities for advancement**Why Join Us?**We're committed to creating an outstanding experience for both our customers and our employees.
