In Home Therapist

Position Overview Provide individual and family therapy within clients' homes and community settings. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals. Support youth and families in addressing mental health, family dynamics, parenting, and substance use challenges. Advocate for clients in crisis and coordinate care with service providers and community partners. Attend court hearings, team meetings, and staffing sessions as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and progress summaries in alignment with program standards. Safely transport clients when necessary. Job Details Position: In-Home Therapist Location: Kenosha, WI, with local travel required (mileage reimbursement provided) Schedule: Flexible, primarily daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; occasional evening hours may be required. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required. Eligible for state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide culturally responsive care.
