***We are looking for caregivers with flexible availability for 8 hour shifts in Gilroy. Ideally available for a mix of weekends & weekdays, mornings, evenings, and/or overnights.***

Caregiver Pay Range

$20 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with light housekeeping and laundry

Monitor and report changes in clients' well-being or behavior

Follow care plans and safety protocols

Assist with medication reminders

Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed

Foster independence and promote social interaction

Qualifications

Previous caregiver experience required

Must register as a home care aide with CDSS

18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required

Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening

CPR certification

TB test or chest x-ray

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
