Si te apasiona innovar, aprender rápido y construir en equipo, este lugar es para ti Responsable de liderar y ejecutar el marketing de Despegar, con foco principal en generar demanda y adquirir clientes. Buscamos un perfil senior, generalista y hands-on, capaz de moverse entre estrategia y ejecución y cubrir distintos frentes según las prioridades del negocio. Principales funciones Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de adquisición y performance para generar demanda y nuevos clientes. Trabajar sobre el funnel de adquisición, desde la generación de tráfico y registros hasta activación y conversión. Gestionar mailings y comunicaciones con prospects y clientes. Desarrollar contenidos, mensajes, landing pages y materiales comerciales. Gestionar la marca y comunicación de Despegar en los distintos canales. Acompañar lanzamientos de producto y entrada a nuevos mercados. Medir resultados, conversión y eficiencia de los distintos canales. Lo que buscamos Experiencia senior en marketing digital, growth o adquisición. Experiencia en performance y email marketing. Capacidad para trabajar con datos y medir resultados. Buen criterio de comunicación y marca. Perfil autónomo, ejecutor y cómodo trabajando con múltiples prioridades en un entorno de construcción. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
