Overview
KenHome is at a stage where the quality of its finance function determines the ceiling of the business. The surety program, the line of credit, the bonding capacity, and project-level reporting that keeps owners confident are the levers that allow us to pursue larger, higher-consequence work.
Responsibilities
You will report to the CEO, sit on the executive team alongside the COO, and be the person the board calls first when numbers need to be explained.
Your tenure will be judged on:
- clean audits
- growing bonding capacity
- a finance team the rest of the company actually trusts
