Senior Analyst Information Technology EHR

Sr. Epic Analyst The Information Technology Analyst is responsible for providing tactical and operational support for the implementation of enterprise Epic systems. Reporting to the Manager IT‑Epic, the Analyst supports system build, implementation, and operation activities for assigned Epic modules. The analyst works within a consortium team with clinicians, project managers, analysts, and developers, and collaborates with clinical and business users to design, implement, optimize, change‑manage, and resolve issues related to the enterprise system. Broad exposure to the Epic platform and clinical workflow is required, with collaboration with technical and operational leaders from affiliated institutions. Preferred Criteria Degree or major in Computer Science Epic Certification ITIL Certification PMP Certification NYS Clinical licensure (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other relevant allied health professional) Required Criteria Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Epic Module Certification obtained within six months of employment Five to seven or more years of previous work related experience Please note that all roles require on‑site presence and employees should live within a commutable distance to NewYork‑Presbyterian.
