Work You’ll Do As an Agentic Engineering Manager, you will operate as a value-stream leader who ensures business value flows from ideation to customer delivery by orchestrating work intake, assignments, quality oversight, and completeness verification across AI agent teams. Focus is on stakeholder outcomes, coordination, and ensuring “done” truly means done. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.5+ years of experience in delivery leadership, product management, or program management roles5+ years of experience defining acceptance criteria, quality standards, and release readiness gates 5+ years of Agile & Lean practices experience, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, continuous improvement2+ years of experience with AI-assisted development tools and their capabilities/limitationsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Preferred: Stakeholder management skills with ability to balance competing prioritiesStrong facilitation and communication skills for planning sessions, reviews, and escalationsTrack record of improving delivery flow, reducing bottlenecks, or optimizing team processes The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 to $155,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
