HVAC Field Manager

Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities
- - Manage and supervise HVAC service and installation technicians.
- - Schedule and coordinate daily field operations.
- - Provide technical support and training to technicians.
- - Diagnose and assist with complex HVAC systems, including RTUs, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, VRF systems, and split systems.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain communication with customers, property managers, and office staff.
- Review completed work orders and verify accuracy.
- Manage project timelines, labor efficiency, and material usage.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in the field.
