Human Resources Generalist

$70K+ DOE | Full Benefits | Growth Opportunity Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Fully Onsite A stable, growing manufacturing leader is seeking an HR Generalist to join its team in Layton, Utah. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands‑on, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive, people‑focused workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and HR‑related questions Maintain personnel files, training records, new hire paperwork, benefit enrollments, and terminations Track and manage absence records, workers’ compensation claims, FMLA, vacation requests, and time‑off documentation Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and talent assessments Coordinate employee events, safety training initiatives, and performance management support Perform HR administrative duties, including filing, data entry, payroll updates, and reporting Order and distribute uniforms and safety supplies Support HR projects and initiatives that contribute to company growth and employee engagement Maintain confidentiality while supporting a professional and positive workplace environment Qualifications: 4+ years of HR administrative or HR support experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment Adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and employee support High level of professionalism and confidentiality Excellent company culture with employee events and team activities Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) On‑site massage therapist and physical therapist Open‑door leadership culture with strong team support Stable company with long‑term growth potential and advancement opportunities If you are looking for a rewarding HR opportunity with a well‑established manufacturing company that values its employees and offers long‑term career potential, we would love to hear from you.
