Role Facts:

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an addition $2.00 per hour premium.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
