Job Description Summary This position involves comprehensive nursing duties aimed at patient assessment, planning, implementation, and leadership in a high‑reliability organization. Responsibilities And Duties Assessment/Diagnosis – Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%). Outcomes Identification/Planning – Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%). Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriate intervals; revises plan of care as data indicate (20%). Leadership – Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%). Operations – Supports operational efficiency and quality (10%). Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in all job duties as part of a High Reliability Organization.
