POS System Build Specialist

To support new store openings, the part-time POS System Build Specialist will manage technical aspects of store system builds, including installation, configuration, and testing of POS systems, while collaborating with on-site technicians and store teams in a remote capacity over a 12-month contract. Key responsibilities Monitor progress of system builds and network connections using appropriate tools and processes Lead the installation and configuration of store systems applications, including servers and devices Provide oversight and support for technicians and third-party vendors during remote and on-site system builds Required qualifications 6 to 8 years of relevant IT experience, particularly in Retail Store Systems setup and support Degree in an Information Technology-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS and network circuits Experience with Information Security concepts and tools Familiarity with Service Now is preferred
