Production Associate - Warehouse & Manufacturing | St. George, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join a growing team with a well-established flooring and countertop supplier serving residential and commercial customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction, warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and shop support duties.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
• Assist with construction-related projects and daily shop operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support production and warehouse activities as needed.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow company safety procedures and workplace standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly.
• Experience working in a warehouse, shop, construction, manufacturing, or material handling environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
• Preferred: Experience in warehouse, shop, manufacturing, or material handling environments and forklift certification.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Environment

• Shop and warehouse setting.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
