Cedar Park Group is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a solar farm project in Lloyd, NY. This role involves operating Wacker Neuson ET145 excavators (or similar) and skid steers to support electrical trenching and underground utility installation.

Schedule / Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Full-time hours
- Project-based assignment with immediate start
Responsibilities
- Operate Wacker Neuson ET145 excavators or similar equipment
- Operate skid steer for site support and material movement
- Perform trenching and excavation for electrical line installation
- Follow layout direction and excavation depth requirements from supervisors
- Maintain safe operating practices and awareness of underground utilities
- Conduct basic equipment checks and report mechanical concerns
- Support overall crew productivity and project timelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
- Experience with excavation and trenching for electrical or utility work
- Ability to follow direction from supervisors and work as part of a crew
- OSHA 10 required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
