Privacy & AI Compliance Program Manager, Ops Trust

The Ops Trust Team manages privacy and Algorithmic Systems compliance for Amazon Operations. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Ops Trust team, focused on AI Compliance and Privacy program execution within Worldwide Operations. This role sits at the intersection of privacy, AI compliance, and program management- ensuring that Amazon systems and applications comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.Key job responsibilitiesOwn a privacy review program and/or AI system compliance workflow for all of Operations. Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.Partner with Ops business lines, privacy & AI compliance specialists, legal stakeholders, and other Amazon compliance teams to assess and mitigate privacy and AI compliance risk. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.Identify, gather, track, and report key program metrics to Ops leadership.Identify process improvements and opportunities to scale and automate. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
