A Civil Designer with working knowledge and experience in analyzing and designing all aspects of medium to large scale industrial developments. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering design. Must have working proficiency in Civil 3D. Exposure to permitting and permit processes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Job Responsibilities Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and with clients. Perform 3D modeling.
