Job TitleSemi skilled manual work involving responsibility for the care and maintenance of a public building or buildings and related equipment; all other related work as required.Minimum Qualifications:One year of experience in clerical or maintenance work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.Class D drivers license required.Ability to obtain pesticide license within probationary period may be required.CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.Ability to pass CORI and SORI checkAdditional Qualifications:General knowledge of cleaning materials and methods. Working knowledge of chemical handling and storage including MSDS Forms.Ability to perform moderately physical labor.
