Inside Sales Representative – Inbound Telecommunications

Full-Time $17/Hour During Training | $15/Hour Base + Uncapped Commission After Training | Weekly Pay Build on Your Customer Service or Sales Experience

Are you an experienced sales professional, customer service representative, call center representative, account representative, retail sales associate, or customer relations professional looking for an opportunity where your communication skills can directly impact your income? This is a 100% inbound sales position — no cold calling and no door-to-door sales. Customers are already contacting us, and your job is to understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and turn customer conversations into sales. We're looking for people who already understand how to build rapport, handle customer interactions, identify needs, overcome objections, and confidently recommend products or services.

What You'll Do: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and transferred customer calls
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
• Recommend customized solutions for internet, wireless, TV, and related telecommunications services
• Upsell and cross-sell products, services, and promotions
• Respond confidently to customer questions and objections
• Process orders accurately using multiple computer systems
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet individual and team sales, quality, and performance goals
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards

Who We're Looking For: We're particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in sales, customer service, customer relations, call centers, retail, hospitality, account management, or other customer-facing roles preferred and not required.

Successful candidates typically have:

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, call center, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
• A proven ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Confidence speaking with customers by phone
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• The ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Must be able to easily read a sales script and enter customer information accurately
• Comfort handling objections and asking for the sale
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn multiple systems
• A strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL
• High School Diploma or higher
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Telecommunications, AT&T, wireless, cable, internet, call center, or previous sales experience is a plus. This position is best suited for candidates who have previous experience working directly with customers and are ready to take the next step into an inbound sales environment.

Paid Training & Development You don't need previous telecommunications experience to succeed. We provide structured training to help experienced customer-facing professionals learn our products, systems, and sales process.

Weeks 1–2: Instructor-led classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Weeks 3–4: Hands-on systems training in a computer lab, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Ongoing: Coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and sales development. After training, the permanent schedule is 9AM–5PM or 8AM-4PM , with one weekend day and one weekday off on a split, non-consecutive schedule. Shift assignments are based on experience and operational needs and may be subject to change at the company's discretion.
