What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient neurology consultations for adult patients
• Manage and coordinate ongoing patient care
• Conduct neurological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care and specialists
• Participate in on-call rotations (approximately 10 days per month)
• Utilize the EPIC EMR platform for documentation
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient education

What You Need:
Required:

• Ohio medical license or eligibility
• Board-certified in Neurology (ABPN) or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient neurology
• Strong communication skills and cultural competence

Preferred:

• Experience working within a multispecialty group environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
• Willingness to relocate within 40 miles of Ashtabula
