Met doe-het-zelf zaken, tuincentra en industriële groothandels als klant. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren collega om ons back office team te versterken (m/v/x) voor de site te Ardooie: Functieomschrijving Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, vertegenwoordigers. Je bent het interne klantencontact van A tot Z;. opmaak van offertes, verwerken van orders en behandelen van de klachten om een ultieme klanttevredenheid te creëren. Hiervoor ga je ook intern te rade bij de collega’s van andere diensten zoals productie, aankoop en boekhouding. Taken: Telefonisch en digitaal contact met klanten, vertegenwoordigers Opmaken offertes Orderingave: tijdens het hoogseizoen (februari-juni) ligt de absolute focus op deze taak en zet je samen met de collega’s in op een vlotte en nauwkeurige registratie en opvolging Debiteuren opvolgen Interne communicatie met logistieke diensten Wat verwachten wij van jou? Je kan prioriteiten inschatten op basis van een eerdere ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Idealiter is dit een 5-tal jaar Je communiceert op een assertieve en ‘mature’ wijze Klantvriendelijkheid is een must NL/FR must, Duitse kennis is een pluspunt Troeven: punctueel, collegiaal, eerlijk en betrouwbaar, relativeringsvermogen, snel schakelen Bij voorkeur voltijds, 4/5 de is bespreekbaar Wat bieden wij jou?
