About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for US Access Strategy in Oncology. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the integrated market access strategy for the company's oncology portfolio, including both in-line and pipeline assets. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial counterparts to inform and oversee the execution of access strategy, ensuring optimal positioning of products in the evolving US market access landscape. Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end US access strategy, representing the US on access-related decision committees, and working with various teams to develop customized access strategies for different assets. The role also involves leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive superior implementation of market access activities. Applicants for this role at the company should have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology therapeutics, and a strong background in commercial and access leadership in the US. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in market access, value and access marketing, and HEOR is required, with a proven track record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly informed on all aspects of market access, have the ability to make complex strategic decisions, and effectively communicate with senior leaders. A proactive and adaptable disposition is essential, as is the ability to anticipate risks and build contingencies. The role demands a leader who can work with US policy and pricing to determine short- and long-term strategies, and who is adept at leading market access strategy in the face of evolving policy issues.
