Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Overview Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care, focusing on high-acuity patients. The role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and building strong relationships with children and families in a calm, controlled environment. The nurse will deliver skilled nursing care, adhering to clear care plans and physician orders, with clinical support available 24/7.
