We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role brings the dealership experience directly to our customers by providing light-duty maintenance and minor repair services at homes, workplaces, and other off-site locations.As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll combine hands-on technical skills with exceptional customer service while working independently in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong customer relationships outside of the traditional shop environment.At Fury Motors, we're family-owned, community-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences — both for our customers and our employees.What You'll Do:Mobile Service & Vehicle MaintenanceTravel to customer locations using a fully equipped mobile service vehiclePerform light-duty maintenance and repair services, including:Oil and filter changesTire rotations and basic tire servicesBattery testing and replacementBrake inspections and minor repairsFluid checks and top-offsWiper blade, bulb, and basic component replacementDiagnose basic mechanical concerns and determine when additional shop service may be neededComplete services efficiently while maintaining dealership quality standardsCustomer ExperienceRepresent Fury Motors professionally during all customer interactionsClearly explain services, findings, and recommendationsProvide friendly, transparent, and trustworthy serviceEducate customers on vehicle maintenance and preventative careMaintain a clean and organized work area at customer locationsOperations & OrganizationMaintain inventory, tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the mobile service vehicleAccurately document work performed, inspections, and recommendationsUtilize dealership software and mobile technology for work orders, scheduling, and time trackingCoordinate routing and scheduling with the service departmentFollow all dealership, OEM, and safety proceduresQualifications1–3+ years of automotive technician experience preferredLight-duty maintenance and repair experience strongly preferredValid driver's license with clean driving record requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and service softwareASE certifications are a plus, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:$20.00 – $28.00 per hour Compensation based on experience, certifications, and performance.Benefits may include:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and developmentCompany-provided mobile service vehicle and toolsPotential productivity and performance incentivesWork EnvironmentCombination of outdoor and on-site customer environmentsFrequent local travel throughout Waconia and surrounding communitiesFlexible scheduling based on customer appointments and service demandAbout Fury Motors:Since 1963, Fury Motors has grown from a small family business into one of the region's most trusted automotive groups.
