Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team at Peacemaker 4 Hands Brewing located in St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and have a strong knowledge of craft beer to enhance the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages according to company standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our beer selection and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience. Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a server and/or bartender required.. Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
