Overview At Bank of America, you will lead a team of Financial Center Managers and Relationship Managers, driving local strategy, client experience, and operational excellence at market and financial center levels. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, self‑starter with a strong work ethic and client focus. 5+ years of experience in sales, bank operations, and leading/coaching teams; or successful completion of the Bank of America Academy‑led Market Leadership Development Program. Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging all clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and urgency in escalation. Follow established processes, laws, and regulations. Ability to attract, recruit, and retain an effective sales and operations team. Efficiently manage time, capacity, complexity, and decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Interpret performance results, identify opportunities, and hold others accountable. Flexible to work weekends or extended hours as needed. Willingness to travel as required. Proficient in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). Pass compliance requirements. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and industry products. Experience in mortgage, retail, or hospitality sectors. Experience in goal‑oriented environments with routine achievement or exceeding goals. Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Bilingual skills.
