MSW Social Worker — Inpatient Discharge & Support

HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami seeks a Social Worker (MSW) to perform non-clinical, biopsychosocial assessments and interventions on inpatient floors and ED. You will engage in crisis intervention, discharge planning and referrals for financial assistance to support patients and families. You will coordinate with care teams, advocate for patient preferences, and assist in post-acute placement, with emphasis on high-risk patients and diverse clinical settings within the hospital. #J-18808-Ljbffr HCA Healthcare
