Title: Marketing Project Manager – Subscription Services (Contract)

Pay Rate: $70 - $76/hr

Duration: 12-month assignment

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support subscription-based marketing initiatives across digital services and customer growth programs. In this role, you will drive cross-functional marketing execution, helping translate strategy into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables across a range of customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

This position sits at the center of execution, partnering with marketing, product, analytics, growth, media, creative, and editorial teams to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives from intake and scoping through launch and post-project review

· Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Growth, Media, Creative, Editorial, and Finance teams to drive alignment and execution

· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, trackers, and status reporting across initiatives

· Support subscription growth and customer engagement initiatives including lifecycle marketing and campaign execution

· Coordinate complex cross-functional workflows across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones

· Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and shifting priorities

· Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, executive reviews, and post-mortems

· Maintain clear communication and visibility across stakeholders, including leadership teams

· Support annual and quarterly planning processes related to marketing priorities and initiatives

· Partner with project management teams to improve operational workflows, tracking standards, and team processes

· Support meeting coordination, documentation, recaps, and action-item tracking to ensure accountability and execution

· Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What You Bring:

· 6+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing, product marketing, growth, or operations environments

· Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor

· Experience managing timelines, trackers, deliverables, and competing priorities simultaneously

· Strong communication skills with ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable outputs

· Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership and initiative

· Strong problem-solving skills with ability to proactively anticipate challenges and drive resolution

· Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Wrike, Workfront, or similar platforms

Bonus Points If You Have:

· Experience supporting subscription-based products or digital services

· Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, multi-channel campaigns, or growth-focused initiatives

· Experience collaborating across marketing, product, analytics, business, and creative teams

· Understanding of customer engagement and customer journey strategy within digital ecosystems

· Experience optimizing operational workflows and improving team processes

· Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
