Assistant Store Manager: Customer Experience & Coaching

GUESS Factory in Mesquite, TX, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee customer experience, train staff, and uphold store standards on the selling floor and stockroom. You will lead by example on the sales floor and ensure high-quality service across all shifts. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of sales leadership, PC proficiency, and the ability to lift 30 pounds, stand all day, and coach teams on product knowledge and visual merchandising. #J-18808-Ljbffr Guess?, LLC.
