Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Having the ability to read recipes and tickets; executing preparation instructions. Understanding and practicing working under food service sanitation regulations. Acting in a courteous and respectful manner while working in close proximity with other persons in a high‑paced environment. Having the ability to operate standard dish machine and wash pots and pans by hand. High sense of urgency. Neat personal appearance and clean working habits. Working Conditions Work will be done mostly in a high volume restaurant kitchen with the accompanying extremes of temperature, crowded conditions, noise, rapidly moving foot traffic, and potentially dangerous equipment.
