We're looking for an Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build valuable sales experience.
You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here. We’re looking for people who are coachable, competitive, positive, and motivated to grow . We’ll help you develop your product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques while giving you the opportunity to take on additional responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's needs.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer preferences.
- Learn our products, promotions, and services so you can confidently answer customer questions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend additional products or services that provide value to customers.
- Create a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Work with teammates to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic attitude throughout the day.
