Requirements:

• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, and power transmission troubleshooting skills
• Experience with programmable logic controls (PLCs)
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to operate machine tools, including lathes and grinders
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to production needs

Job Duties:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete repairs and installations
• Install, align, move, dismantle, and maintain production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, power transmission, and PLC-controlled systems
• Inspect machinery to identify equipment malfunctions and implement repairs
• Fabricate replacement parts using machine tools such as lathes and grinders
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and equipment adjustments
• Develop and maintain a Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) program, including ISO documentation and preventive maintenance schedules
• Utilize predictive maintenance techniques and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to improve equipment reliability
• Create and manage spare parts inventories for production equipment
• Identify and implement projects to improve machine performance and production efficiency
• Provide basic equipment operation and maintenance training to production employees
• Respond promptly to equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
