Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists in the Newburgh area.
This is a per diem 1099 position for schools or home care cases.
Qualifications/Education Required:
- At least 1 year experience
- Therapist license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
- MMR Titers within 10 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #
- Worker's Comp certificate
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
- Implement specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
- Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required
Pay up to $100 an hour! Pay per visit:
- $75 for 30 min
- $85 for 45 min
- $100 for 1 hour
- $150 for group of 3+
