Key Responsibilities for our Pest Control Technicians:

Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues, potential entry points, and harborage zones.
Develop and execute tailored pest management strategies.
Educate customers on preventive measures focusing on sanitation, storage, and landscaping to minimize future pest risks.
Generate and communicate detailed service reports, ensuring customers are well-informed of actions taken and recommended follow-ups.
Adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines in handling products and equipment, contributing to the safety and efficiency of operations.
Support sales and service excellence by identifying up-sell opportunities and assisting in sales initiatives.
Remain committed to professional growth through ongoing training and certifications.

More Info about our Pest Control Technician position:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Location: Must reside within 25 miles of the office for feasible commutes.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including full coverage for health and dental, vacation, holiday pay, a robust retirement plan, and more.
Salary: First-year earnings $35k to $42k+ including benefits and opportunities for financial growth through company performance.

Requirements for Pest Control Technician:

Obtain/maintain Arkansas registered applicator certification.
2+ years of work experience (pest control industry preferred).
Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
