Job Details Specialty: Interventional Radiology Nursing Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: September 21, 2026 Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,370 - $2,500 Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts with rotating start times Schedule: Approximately 4 shifts per week; days/afternoons rotation Call Requirement: 1 day per week plus every 3rd-4th weekend; on-call coverage includes weeknights and weekend coverage Additional Schedule Notes: Stay-late coverage may be needed 1-2 days per week based on department needs Location: Lima, OH 45801 Job Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice At least 2-3 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience Prior travel nursing experience required ACLS , BLS , and NIHSS certifications required Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam Experience circulating, sedating, and monitoring patients during procedures Must be willing to participate in call coverage and remain within 30 minutes of the facility when on call Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care throughout interventional radiology procedures Circulate, sedate, and monitor patients during IR and neuro-interventional cases Assist with a variety of procedures, including angiograms, venograms, thrombectomies, dialysis catheter placement, fistulagrams, biopsies, kyphoplasty, IVC filters, PICCs, embolizations, and more Support patient assessment, preparation, and recovery in collaboration with the procedural team Respond to call coverage needs and remain available for after-hours and weekend responsibilities Work closely with technologists and nursing staff to help maintain efficient workflow across two labs Promote patient safety, quality care, and positive outcomes in every procedure Apply now to join this rewarding Interventional Radiology RN travel assignment in Lima, Ohio, and advance your nursing career in a supportive healthcare environment.
