Clinical Pharmacist - Patient-Centered Medication Care

Northwestern Medicine in Chicago is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support medication management across our hospital system. You will interpret orders, ensure safety, and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and patients to optimize therapy. The role covers pharmacokinetics, adverse reactions, drug interactions, documentation in the EHR, and education for staff and patients.
