Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, ACLS certification (if applicable), and two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.Additional Information: The RN performs comprehensive nursing assessments, contributes to patient care planning, documents accurately, and participates in discharge planning and team communication. The role involves supervising ancillary nursing staff, ensuring patient and staff safety, and maintaining effective communication.
