Working collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, you’ll evaluate patients, design customized treatment plans, fabricate and fit prosthetic devices, and provide ongoing care that helps patients achieve their highest level of mobility and function. Additional Job Description Minimum Education, Experience & Certification Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Prosthetics or Orthotics & Prosthetics from an accredited program Completion of an NCOPE-accredited prosthetics residency Certified Prosthetist (CP) or CP-eligible through the American Board for Certification (ABC) Eligible for or holding South Carolina licensure, if applicable Strong clinical judgment, technical expertise, and patient communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in an academic medical center or multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting Experience with advanced prosthetic technologies, including microprocessor-controlled components Interest in teaching, research collaboration, or clinical innovation Take the Next Step Every prosthetic you create represents hope.
