Talent Acquisition Manager
Role summary:
As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. This is an opportunity to directly influence the success of our business by leading our internal talent acquisition efforts and identifying, attracting, and hiring the next generation of top-performing recruiters, sales professionals, and corporate talent.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent across the organization.
• Build innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines that consistently deliver high-quality candidates.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from collaborating with workforce planning and sourcing through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pre-employment process, and onboarding.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through networking, outreach, referrals, social media, and direct recruiting efforts.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Century Group's award-winning culture and brand.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment processes.
• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership, providing candidate feedback, hiring recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and drive data-based decision making.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning to anticipate future hiring needs, prioritize openings and proactively build pipelines.
• Provide market insights to support competitive offers and informed hiring decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, job descriptions, interview practices, and talent acquisition strategies to increase efficiency and hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of successful recruiting experience, preferably focused on sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing professionals.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, networking, evaluating, and hiring top talent.
• Experience using Bullhorn or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred.
• Active professional network within Southern California is highly desirable.

Compensation: The targeted salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
