Parts Coordinator Description
Parts Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that support the Parts Department's daily operations:
- Process Stock/Daily Freight
- Stock Shelves / General Organization
- Inventory Control
- Field Incoming Customer/Technician Calls
- Will Call Support
- Invoicing/Purchasing/Processing - Both Customer and Vendors
- Order Entry
- Warranty Administration
- Service Order Review
- Filing
- Successful candidates should possess strong organizational and priority management skills, computer experience, and the ability to efficiently handle a high-volume workload.
- Previous Parts/Warehouse Experience in the Material Handling Field is a plus.
- HS/GED required.
- 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
- Able to bend, squat, climb, reach and distinguish colors.
- You must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time working on the phone, with computers and hand written papers.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
