The Role
Dishwashers at Tatte are passionate about food and genuine hospitality and work together as a team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Tatte standards, ensuring the highest quality experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Properly operate, clean, and maintain the dish machine
- Keep a clean and organized supply of dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils throughout each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dish area
- Assist the kitchen team wherever needed while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
- Passion for great food with a keen eye for freshness, quality, and cleanliness
- Commitment to living Tatte's core values and delivering exceptional hospitality
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required
Essential Functions / Working Conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to grasp and reach overhead
- Ability to lift, move, and carry 50 pounds or more
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8 or more hours per shift
