RN - Case Manager
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM; shift days: Monday thru Friday (8 hour shift x 5 days). No call requirements
Location: UCLA Health West Valley Medical Center (7300 Medical Center Dr. West Hills, CA 91307)
Required:
- BSN
- Active CA RN license
- AHA BLS
- 2 years clinical hospital RN experience; hospital based case management experience; community inpatient hospital experience preferred
- 2 years hospital case management experience (discharge planning and UR)
- Knowledge of InterQual is a plus
- Charting: Epic
Additional details: No scrubs are required. Business casual dress attire. No first-time travelers
